REPORTING AVENUES
The effectiveness of an organisation's ethics management lies in its Leadership Team's stronghold message that often enough reminds every employee of their responsibility to comply with the organisation's Code of Ethics or Conduct & corporate policies, and also encourages them to raise concerns of non-compliance. In the event that an employee believes or is aware of a non-compliant situation, one should have access to available reporting channels for communicating that concern in confidence and without being subject to retaliation from anyone for doing so.
Fraud, theft
Bribery, corruption
Creating a hostile work environment
Criminal breach of trust
Harassment
Breaching the corporate Code and/ or Policies
Willfull damage to company assets
Discrimination, intimidation
Other serious misconducts that could be detrimental to the company
